Henry Boot Construction will be constructing a new sports pavilion for the University of Hull.

The Pavilion is part of the first phase of the University of Hull’s £15-million investment in enhancing sports facilities at its Cottingham Road campus.

The first phase of works includes new 3G pitches, construction of a new sport pavilion and the refurbishment of two existing pitches. Henry Boot Construction have secured the new sports pavilion for this phase of the works.

The project will involve the construction of a sport pavilion with eight changing rooms, changing rooms for officials, teaching/meeting rooms, storage areas, reception and kitchen facilities, and physiotherapy/first aid rooms.

With an expected duration of 31 weeks, the project is likely to be completed in July 2017.

“We are looking forward to working with Henry Boot Construction on the project to deliver world class facilities that will inspire the university community to engage in sport and active recreation, enhancing their experience and fostering positive wellbeing behaviours.”
