Henry Boot Construction are delighted to have won two awards at this year’s National Federation of Builders (NFB) awards ceremony.

The NFB awards celebrate the high quality work and commitment delivered by its members across England and Wales.

Operations Director Tony Shaw was pleased to attend the awards and accept the Collaboration Award for the Amey ‘Streets Ahead’ Highways PFi scheme. The Collaboration Award celebrates the tremendous commitment to collaborative work that Henry Boot Construction and Amey have demonstrated on the scheme.

Tony said, “We are delighted to have received the Collaboration Award in recognition of all the hard work put into the Amey ‘Streets Ahead’ Highways PFi scheme by the team at Henry Boot Construction and Amey.”

Henry Boot Construction also received the ‘Highly Commended’ New Build Project of the Year Award 2015 for the Workpods project at Fountain Court.

The judges said, “Though not winners of New Build of the Year it was a very close call. Henry Boot Construction’s project ‘Workpods’ delivered business space the community desperately needed in a region crying out for investment opportunities. The project itself pushed the boundaries of energy efficiency and modern methods of construction that have already delivered cost savings.

Henry Boot Construction should not only be proud of their excellent project but the legacy they have left on the region’s landscape in terms of look and build quality.”
