Our remediation project at Don Valley for Sheffield City Council is drawing to an end.

The works on this iconic site include 80,000m3 of cut and fill to create development plots for future regeneration in the area.

Sheffield City Council is delivering the Don Valley Stadium Site Remediation Project, which is part financed by the European Union’s European Regional Development Fund through the Yorkshire and Humber ERDF Program 2007-13.

Henry Boot have been asked to take part in their Olympic Legacy Park Blog to give a real insight into what it has been like working on site for the past 8 months. Henry Boot Construction’s Senior Engineer Chris Mann MBE MInstRE offered his view and experiences.
