Mock Interviews at Ecclesfield School – 14/11/14

Ecclesfield School

Henry Boot Construction’s Training Advisor Adeana Raper recently helped students at Sheffields Ecclesfield School to practise their first interviews.

This was the first time the school has held such an event which took students through the process of applying for a fictitious employment role.  Students completed application forms and were interviewed for roles by invited business partners from the local area, with feedback on performance being provided afterwards. The school is planning further events and intend to use the event to review which students they can offer further support to and help them for employment after leaving school.

Ecclesfield School with its main intake of students from the Ecclesfield, Chapeltown and High Green area of Sheffield, is a co-educational 11-16 comprehensive school with academy status and is a specialist in Visual and Performing Arts.

“Amazing! For the future you need to be prepared and it has helped me to understand the working environment more.”
