A two man team from Henry Boot Construction are getting in shape for The Cumbrian Cross Lake Challenge.  Ryan Spencer and Tom Gibbons are hoping to raise thousands of pounds for St Luke’s Hospice.  Their challenge will commence on the 5July 2014 and comprises paddling the length of Windermere, mountain biking from Ambleside to Dunmail Raise summit along the back roads, and ascending and traversing the Helvellyn Ridge, which is one of the highest peaks in the UK, on foot.

To support Ryan and Tom, Henry Boot has donated the entry fees.  If you would like to support them you can donate by visiting their JustGiving page- http://www.justgiving.com/owner-email/pleasesponsor/RSpencer-TGibbons

JustGiving sends your donation straight to St Luke's Hospice and automatically reclaims Gift Aid if you are a UK taxpayer, so your donation is worth even more.

“I am raising money in memory of my late father Anthony Spencer. St Luke’s is a Charity who care for people age 18 and above throughout Sheffield who have incurable illnesses.  They aim to control their symptoms, alleviate pain and given them the best possible quality of life at a time in their lives when every day matters more than ever”.
