RICS Pro-Yorkshire Award shortlisted – 11/02/14

RICS-2014

Henry Boot Construction Eastern Division’s Graham Solley Sports pavilion project for Sheffield Hallam University has been shortlisted for a prestigious RICS Pro-Yorkshire Award in the Community Benefit category.

The site is subject to further assessment throughout March and the winners of all categories will be announced at a ceremony and dinner at Leeds United Football Club in May.

The project included the construction of a new two-storey pavilion, 3G synthetic rugby and football pitches, changing rooms and leisure facilities on the site of what used to be known as the Bawtry Road Sports Ground, cricket, football and rugby are just three of the sports that will benefit from the new facilities on offer and over 37 local groups will ultimately be using the Sports Park.  The multi-million pound Sports pavilion will provide a modern fit for purpose space for Sheffield Hallam teams, University partners and the local community.

“We are delighted to have been shortlisted in the Community Benefit category – this is another excellent result for our company, and highlights the commitment of our workforce to ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer focussed service at all times.
