The MDC Manor Works project in Sheffield has been shortlisted for a RIBA Award 2014. The Royal Institute of British Architects Awards celebrates the best of British architecture that reflects changes in architectural tastes, technology and aspirations with their main commitment being to understand the enjoyment of building and spaces.

The Manor Works development is a high quality 1560m2 office and workshop constructed on behalf of the Manor Development Company, a registered charity who promote regeneration in the Manor area of Sheffield through local SME’s.

Winners will be announced at a celebration dinner at the RIBA Yorkshire Awards event in May at Aspire, Leeds.

‘‘Having our project shortlisted for a RIBA Award is quite an achievement especially when the project was both conceptual and complex in nature. We’re really pleased with the final outcome and look forward to seeing it put to full use‘’
