Sheffield Hallam University Collegiate Learning Centre scheme awarded – 06/06/13

Collegiate Crescent

Henry Boot Construction’s Eastern Divison has just been awarded Phase 5 of the Collegiate Learning Centre Refurbishment project for Sheffield Hallam University.

The occupied building is located in a busy residential suburb on the Collegiate Campus and will remain in use by staff and students throughout the scheme.

The Design and Build project comprises the phased internal refurbishment of the ground and first floor teaching spaces and library area, with services upgrades in various locations and roof top plant works.

The 17-week programme started on 3rd June with a completion by the end of September 2013.

“The Collegiate scheme is another important project for us and Sheffield Hallam University - we have delivered a number of schemes for them on the City Campus in recent years, and we are currently constructing the Graham Solley Sports Pavilion for them in the north of the city.”
