Eastlands Homes insulated render project awarded – 31/01/13

Henry Boot Construction’s Western Division has just announced another project with their valued repeat client Eastlands Homes, delivering vital improvements to a number of properties throughout Manchester.

The Eastlands 136 Project involves the application of insulated render, re-roofing, pointing, and new windows and doors to the properties, which are mainly one-off houses in privately owned areas.

The 35-week project begins in early March with a completion in October2013.

Henry Boot Construction has worked on a number of projects for Eastlands Homes recently, including the Cundiff Court refurbishment scheme.

Eastlands Homes is a not-for-profit Housing Association operating across the Beswick, Clayton, Openshaw, Ardwick, Gorton, Levenshulme, Longsight and Rusholme areas of east and south east Manchester.

“We are really pleased to announce our latest project with Eastlands Homes and look forward to delivering another successful scheme for them in Manchester.”
