Energy-saving advice for Manchester residents – 22/10/12

Energy Monitor

Henry Boot Construction is delivering energy monitors and money saving advice to residents in South Manchester, as part of our drive to reduce the environmental impacts of our construction activities.

Our in-house City & Guilds trained Energy Awareness Advisors are arming tenants with a wealth of information on saving fuel, power and heating costs as well as doing their bit for the environment.

We are visiting a large number of properties in the Arrowfield and Burnage areas of the city throughout October to install Owl micro+ wireless electricity monitors and deliver energy saving tips to residents.

We are currently working in the Arrowfield and Burnage areas of the city, delivering internal and external improvements for the Southways Housing Trust.

“We are working closely with Southways to install the monitors and give residents a thorough energy assessment so that we can advise them on the maximum possible savings for their property type.”
