HBC secures St Leger Homes Year 6 – 06/02/12

Intake High-rise Doncaster

Henry Boot Construction’s Eastern Division has just been awarded their sixth year delivering Decent Homes refurbishments in the Doncaster region.

Our St Leger Homes of Doncaster teams have upgraded over 4000 properties in the town over the last five years, undertaking around £57m of investment work over the duration of the framework.

Programmes have been delivered in Denaby Main, Intake, Askern, Woodlands, Moorends, Thorne, Scawsby, Barnby Dunn, Highfields, Hyde Park, Conisbrough, Bentley and Mexborough to a range of traditional and non-traditionally constructed properties, including structural alterations in many cases.

This year’s provisional allocation will see residents in Thorne, Dunscroft, and Stainforth benefitting from the improvement works, and our site teams are looking forward to getting involved in the local communities.

Strong involvement with the people of Intake saw HBC nominated for a national Considerate Constructor’s Scheme Award last year, with the team achieving the highest ever score on a Henry Boot Construction site - the awards will be announced at a ceremony in March 2012.

“We are pleased to announce another year of improvement works for St Leger Homes of Doncaster - Henry Boot Construction delivers a top class service that always puts the tenants first and our strong relationship with SLHD demonstrates our continuing commitment to the regeneration of the South Yorkshire area.”
