Henry Boot Construction has just completed external insulation and environmental upgrade works to 42 Reema properties in Mexborough, for St Leger Homes of Doncaster.

The non-traditional concrete-frame houses received an Alumasc Swiss Lab insulated render treatment, meaning lower heating bills for the residents and the continued viability of the housing stock for the client.

The site team received excellent feedback from the client and tenants alike, who commented how much warmer their properties were since completion of the works.

Henry Boot Construction has a wealth of experience in modernising inter-war properties, and has recently completed works to a number of BISF, Airey and Wimpey No Fines properties in the Yorkshire and Humber region – see www.henrybootconstruction.co.uk for further information.

“I have found your professional, honest, genuine and helpful approach to the works has been an example of how a scheme should be run, and hope that we get the chance to work on schemes again in the future.”

Nigel Parker, Project Manager, St Leger Homes of Doncaster

“The scheme was very well managed and a great improvement has been made to the properties. I have also not received one complaint from anybody about the rendering work carried out in Mexborough.”

Timothy Thompson, Clerk of Works, St Leger Homes of Doncaster
