Henry Boot Construction has just signed up to the Investors in Diversity programme, further reinforcing the company’s commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion in all of their business policies and procedures.

The three-stage assessment process begins with a review of current business practices, which helps in the creation of targeted EDI strategies and will eventually lead to the company to full accreditation under the nationally recognised scheme.

The stage one process is expected to take six weeks, and further updates will be provided during stage two.

“Achieving the Investors in Diversity accreditation will help set Henry Boot Construction apart from other companies by demonstrating a true commitment to equality and diversity in the workplace.
“As the accreditation is carried out by a nationally recognised external organisation, the validation has real credibility due to the unbiased nature of the assessment process.”
