  • Shirecliffe Housing

Pioneering sustainable housing that's built to last

Situated in one of Sheffield's Housing Market Renewal regeneration zones, this award-winning project has helped develop the community through exceptional design and commitment to sustainability.

The 2-4 bedroom homes are a mixture of apartments, bungalows and houses and are designed to meet the Lifetime Homes standard. The modern new homes include photovoltaic roof panels and achieve the Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4, offering energy efficiency levels 56% above those required by Building Regulations. One property was also piloted to Code Level 5, as part of our development programme researching sustainable construction methods.

Henry Boot Construction has been a very good neighbour to the people in Shirecliffe - they are a very responsible builder - investing their own funds to bring Plot 22 up to Code 5 is just one example of this because it benefits
the client and Sheffield as a whole.
