We have a place on two Pagabo frameworks for the public sector, the Pagabo National Framework for Medium Works, and the Pagabo Refit & Refurbishment framework.
The frameworks are managed by Pagabo on behalf of the Education Alliance Multi-Academy Trust and Red Kite Academy. Pagabo specialises in helping public sector organisations across the UK by providing EU compliant framework agreements, a Dynamic Purchasing system and bespoke consultancy services. These fully OJEU compliant Frameworks can be used to commission a full range of building works through further competition or direct award.
Pagabo Refit & Refurbishment Framework
We have been awarded a place on Lot 2 (£5-15m) and Lot 3 (£15-£30m), covering projects across the Yorkshire, Humber and East Midlands regions. The framework aims to extend the lifecycle of buildings with modern renovation and restoration.
Pagabo National Framework for Medium Works
We have secured places on Lot 2 (£1-5m) and Lot 3 (£5-10m), all across the following seven areas:
- East Riding and North Lincolnshire
- North Yorkshire
- South Yorkshire
- West Yorkshire
- Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire
- Leicestershire, Rutland and Northamptonshire
The Medium Works Framework sits firmly within our impressive family of construction frameworks that consider construction as a service and not just as a product. We constantly hear from our clients that they’re not just buying a building, but they want a service that gets them to the outcomes they want. Medium Works, like all of our frameworks, simplifies the process but considers how the client wants to procure, speed of appointment and timely delivery.
