This large new build warehouse and office facility at the Markham Vale business park allows Inspirepac to produce and distribute their corrugated packaging, with additional two storey office space and service yard bringing multiple areas of the business under one roof.
Completed for Henry Boot Developments, the project was completed to an extremely high standard, with rigorous quality control checks, inspections and sub-contractor approval processes. The exceptional performance of the site team ensured a number of cost savings during the project, which completed on-time despite challenging weather conditions.
HBC have rigorous standards in all aspects of their work and continuously challenge themselves to improve in every area of our business. One such area is construction waste reduction. At the Distribution Centre scheme at Plot 1 North Markham Vale they displayed their willingness to innovate by using ground stabilisation methods to reduce the amount of excavated material that might have to be removed from site whilst also reducing the amount of imported stone that would be required. In this endeavour they have been successful.
