The client was so satisfied with our site team's performance and the quality of work at the finished Screw Press House, we were awarded a further project to construct Bifrangi's Research & Development Centre.
The project included a 2,500m3 laboratory, workshop and adjoining office block. The site team worked hard to ensure the multiple buildings and workshops remained in use and operational throughout the works. Recycling of materials was also carefully considered, with redundant concrete bases on site crushed and recycled for reuse.
Staff at all levels of our organisation found Henry Boot Construction’s site-based project management team knowledgeable, approachable and responsive. They dealt very efficiently with the inevitable challenges that accompany a project of this complexity. We found Henry Boot Construction to be customer focused and very professional, with a very positive and welcome ‘can do’ attitude ingrained throughout the company.
