Trainee takes to the stage at regional awards

Trainee and Yorkshire & Humber Young Apprentice Ambassador Network (YAAN) regional chair Bradley Longford co-hosted the Yorkshire and Humber Apprenticeship Awards, held in Leeds.

Bradley co-hosted the afternoon’s Apprenticeship Awards ceremony alongside host Anthony Knowles Head of National Account Management – North from the ESFA. The day celebrated the Yorkshire and Humber region’s best apprentices, employers and individuals who continually drive forward and promote apprenticeships.

Bradley opened the afternoon event with a speech about his apprenticeship journey so far and described some of the challenges he has overcome along the way. He appealed for more apprentices and employers to become part of the ambassador networks, as well as highlighting the benefits that apprenticeships bring to businesses and individuals.

It was a pleasure to co-host the awards and recognise the success of fellow apprentices in their roles and employers who are going above and beyond to support apprenticeships.
