This year, we are pleased to announce three of our projects have been shortlisted for the Yorkshire Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Awards. The RICS Awards showcase the most inspirational initiatives and developments in land, real estate, construction and infrastructure.

The projects shortlisted are:

• Tourism & Leisure: The Beacon, University of Hull
• Building Conservation: St George’s Hall
• Regeneration: The Glass Works Phase 1

We are delighted all of our projects are shortlisted for these prestigious awards which recognise the professional standards in the industry. Being shortlisted is an outstanding example of the quality of our projects and we look forward to the announcement of the winners at this year’s awards event on Friday 17 May.
