Admiring the views along the way
A team of employees from the Henry Boot Group joined hundreds of walkers in the 3km and 10km scenic routes around the iconic Chatsworth Estate, alongside family and friends. The route took walkers past Chatsworth House, Lodge Hill and the medieval Stand Woods, before passing the Hunting Tower, the Swiss lake and historic Aqueduct.
With over £19,000 raised at the event, the funds will go towards helping Sheffield Children’s Hospital expand its facilities by building a new Emergency Department to manage the increasing numbers of patients.
It was a fantastic event today in a wonderful family atmosphere. We were thrilled to see so many smiling faces stride out this morning in support of Sheffield Children’s Hospital. A new Emergency Department has never been more needed as we strive to build a better future for young patients from across the region who depend on their life-saving care.
