The redevelopment of The Howard Opera Centre has been shortlisted in the Constructing Innovation category at The Yorkshires. Commercial Real Estate Awards.

This Grade II* listed headquarters for client Opera North, provides a world-class facility featuring new studios and recreational spaces as part of wider scheme, Music Works.

The awards celebrate the very best in commercial and office developments. The event is part of numerous Yorkshire Children’s Charity’s flagship fundraising events.

The winners will be announced at an award ceremony at Rudding Park, Harrogate on Thursday 5th May 2022.

This project is a real contender. The collaboration experience between Henry Boot Construction and project partners has modernised a historical environment in what was a challenging city-centre build. The completed project exudes quality and supports Opera North’s impactful presence in Leeds’ theatre district.
