We have been awarded a place on Lot 3 of the Pagabo Refit & Refurbishment framework for the public sector, for projects across the Yorkshire and Humber, and East Midlands regions.

The framework aims to extend the lifecycle of buildings with modern renovation and restoration capabilities and Lot 3 will focus on projects valued between £5-15 million.

The Framework Agreement is managed by Pagabo, on behalf of the Education Alliance Multi-Academy Trust. Pagabo specialises in helping public sector organisations across the UK by providing EU compliant framework agreements, a Dynamic Purchasing System, and bespoke consultancy services. This fully OJEU compliant Framework can be used to commission a full range of building works.
