Place secured on major public-sector framework

Henry Boot Construction has successfully been awarded a place on Lot 2 and Lot 3 of the Pagabo National Framework for Medium Works for the public-sector. Lot 2 covers work between £1-5 million and Lot 3 covers projects between £5-10 million, across the following seven areas:

  • East Riding and North Lincolnshire
  • North Yorkshire
  • South Yorkshire
  • West Yorkshire
  • Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire
  • Leicestershire, Rutland and Northamptonshire
  • Lincolnshire

The Framework Agreement is managed by Pagabo, on behalf of the Education Alliance Multi-Academy Trust. Pagabo specialises in helping public sector organisations across the UK by providing EU compliant framework agreements, a Dynamic Purchasing System, and bespoke consultancy services. This fully OJEU compliant Framework can be used to commission a full range of building works.

The Medium Works Framework sits firmly within our impressive family of construction frameworks that consider construction as a service and not just as a product. We constantly hear from our clients that they’re not just buying a building, but they want a service that gets them to the outcomes they want. Medium Works, like all of our frameworks, simplifies the process but considers how the client wants to procure, speed of appointment and timely delivery.

Simon Toplass, Chief Executive Officer, Pagabo

We are delighted to have secured a place on this significant national framework and we look forward to developing our working relationship with the Pagabo team for the benefit of our mutual clients over the coming years.
