On 1 December, we helped Father Christmas give presents to children by sponsoring Christmas at the Town Hall in Barnsley. The day brought hundreds of families to the centre of Barnsley to spread festive cheer.

A fun-packed day, the free event was full of festive activities including an elf workshop and craft stalls. Our sponsorship ensured children received a quality gift from Father Christmas.

Cllr Sharon Howard from Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council said: “We’re really excited to be bringing Christmas to the Town Hall again this year. The event was an astounding success last year and it was wonderful to see so many residents in the town hall. Whether you’re one or 101, there will be something for everyone – we look forward to seeing you and your families on the day.”
