We were delighted to be named as Contractor of the Year at the Insider Property Industry Awards Yorkshire 2023 in Leeds last night.
We were commended by the judges for our outstanding work on a number of key projects across the region, including four schemes within Sheffield's Heart of the City masterplan and The Cocoa Works residential development in York.
At the ceremony in Leeds our table ran away as double winners, with congratulations also going to HBD for winning Developer of the Year for the second year running.
Pound's Park and Elshaw House were also shortlisted in the Design Excellence and Sustainable Development of the Year categories respectively.
