Celebrating our colleagues’ exceptional health and safety standards

Once again our teams have demonstrated excellent attitudes and records across the year, leaving the Directors with the tricky decision of picking winners for our annual Health and Safety Awards.

Hosted at our Dronfield office by Managing Director Tony Shaw, the awards celebrate the dedicated people behind our consistently high audit scores and impressive standards on all of our sites.

This year we gave out two awards: Construction Health and Safety Award and Construction Trainee of the Year, commending both a team and an individual for their excellent work in this field.

Tony Shaw said: “Their management of working relationships and running of the project was exemplary, always presenting a tidy and safe site whilst creating a great atmosphere for everybody who worked there. Their communication to local stakeholders, especially nearby residents, constantly keeping them informed with progress was particularly impressive.”

Kevin Brown was awarded Construction Trainee of the Year, Tony continued: “Kevin has settled into his new role seamlessly and this is testament to his attitude and enthusiasm in his work. He consistently shows an appetite to learn and develop, and his commitment to the cause is plain to see.”
