Cambridge Street Collective and Elshaw House site tour with Sheffield City Council CEO

Henry Boot Construction’s Vice Chair Simon Carr - who was joined by Henry Boot PLC’s Chief Executive Tim Roberts - had the honour of showing Kate Josephs, CEO of Sheffield City Council around our Cambridge Street Collective and Elshaw House sites on Friday.

Part of Sheffield City Council’s Heart of the City masterplan, Cambridge Street Collective will provide a cultural and social destination – including a ground floor food hall, while Elshaw House will be a 78,000 sq. ft. net zero carbon-ready office development.

Project Director Steve Green was also on hand to answer any questions about progress on the projects which are due to complete in 2023.

It was a pleasure to host Kate Josephs on the flagship urban development projects in Sheffield, where we all got a great insight into current progress and the exciting upcoming works.
