We have successfully secured places on the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Construction Works and Associated Services Framework.
We have been awarded places on Lot 2.1 – North England (£3m - £10m) and Lot 3.1 - North England (£10m - £30m). This region covers the East and West Midlands, Yorkshire and the Humber, the North West and North East.
The CCS framework is the first government-led construction agreement which can be used by the entire public sector. The framework is arranged in 11 lots of varying levels of complexity and value of work, from £0 – £3m up to £80m+. This includes general construction and also specialist market areas:
- Housing
- High-rise
- Maritime
- Airfields
- Demolition/decommissioning
- Construction management
This framework is set to run for the next seven years and aims to support the delivery of a wide range of major and minor building and civil engineering projects.
