£2.5m design and build development of 27 new build local authority houses and apartments in the north of Sheffield, to the Lifetime Homes standard.

Buildings achieve the highest standard of environmental performance by meeting the Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4. Features include the use of photovoltaic panels, innovative drainage solutions and multi-species planting. Plot 27 reaches the Code Level 5 after a research and development pilot funded by Henry Boot Construction.

Housing Design Awards 2010 winning scheme due to strong focus on community regeneration, sustainability and innovative design.
