£12m rolling 74-week programme including £3m of Wimpey No Fines property upgrades and £8m of works to over 600 communal entrances for North Lincolnshire Homes.

Wimpey No Fines work includes insulated render, re-roofing, replacement windows and doors, door entry systems, electrical upgrades, entrance refurbishments and external landscaping works.

Communal entrance upgrade works include external aesthetic upgrades, electrical works, door entry systems and internal refurbishments to blocks of flats across the North Lincolnshire area.

Flats are occupied throughout the works, and our dedicated Customer Care Team liaises closely with residents to keep them informed. Our comprehensive aftercare package offers continuing support if required.
