£1.8m two phase programme to provide structural repairs, external and internal modernisation works to non-traditional Airey Houses across Rotherham.

Phase one comprised of £700k of works to 22 properties in Catcliffe and Ulley - the site team was awarded a Considerate Constructors Gold Award and Runner Up in the Most Considerate Site category for their commitment to the highest standards.

Phase two involved £1.3m of works to 37 properties spread across Treeton, Thorpe Salvin, North Anston, Swallownest, Brinsworth and Brampton Brierlow. External refurbishments on both schemes were followed up by a programme of Decent Homes modernisation works.

Homes remained occupied throughout the process, and our dedicated Customer Care Team worked closely with residents to keep them informed.
