Henry Boot has a long history of working with local authorities to deliver sustainable social housing schemes across the north of England.

We have delivered over £60m of works over recent years, including the first new build council housing in Sheffield for over 20 years, £8m worth of communal refurbishments in Scunthorpe and a range of internal and external refurbishment projects for a number of local authority clients.

We also have significant experience in delivering upgrade works to non-traditional structures including high rise tower blocks, Wimpey No Fines, BISF and Airey properties. A range of ‘environmental improvement’ schemes have also been carried out recently.

We are pleased to have delivered social housing schemes for:
