Multi-million pound new build single and two-storey 315 place school, with an adjacent 26-place nursery and children’s centre for North Lincolnshire Council.

Extensive renewable technologies are incorporated in the design, including ground source heat pumps, hundreds of photovoltaic panels on the roof and a rainwater harvesting system – designed to achieve a BREEAM Very Good rating.

The new school was constructed on the playing field of the existing Westcliffe Primary School – following the switchover to the new building is occupied, the existing facility was demolished and landscaped as part of the contract works.
