Over £13m of work delivered so far under a 5 year strategic partnership with Rotherham MBC. All non-housing works covered within the framework but the majority have been education projects.

Schemes have ranged from £20k to £1.5m including Rockingham J&I, Pope Pius, Thrybergh & Dalton, Anston Brook, Maltby Comprehensive and Wath schools.

Projects carried out by our General Works Division have included new build classrooms, extensions, sports halls, entrance canopies and refurbishment of existing buildings.

Close working with the schools and RMBC has resulted in strong relationships and minimal disruption to the live working environment.
