£2.3m amalgamation of the Grange Junior and Infant Schools in Grimsby, covering five phases of work in a live school environment.

Works included six new build classrooms, remodelling 3 existing classrooms, link corridor, demolition of existing buildings and the creation of a new playground area with fencing.

Due to the phased handovers in the scheme, elements were able to be completed independently of each other, and the completed project was handed over two weeks ahead of programme.
