Decent Homes

We have successfully delivered £167m of Decent Homes works for local authority Arms-Length Management Organisations since 2005, bringing over 12,000 properties up to modern standards in the South Yorkshire and Manchester regions.

We have undertaken a diverse range of works across the schemes including kitchens and bathrooms, external envelope refurbishments, rewiring, heating systems, re-roofing, insulated render, balcony replacement and communal entrance upgrades.

Our dedicated customer care team liaise with residents before, during and after the works to keep them fully informed and deal with any queries they may have. We also look to invest in local communities by supporting projects and charity activities whenever we can.

Consistently high Considerate Constructors Scheme scores and a number of national awards prove our commitment to bringing a positive influence to the communities in which we work.
