Jointly-funded multi-million pound project delivering a Joint Service Centre for Rotherham MBC and Rotherham Primary Care NHS Trust, providing a range of services to the local community.

The project involved the construction of two new linked buildings on Barber’s Avenue, Rawmarsh and over a 52 week programme of works.

Designed to achieve an ‘Excellent’ rating under the BREEAM Healthcare scheme, the project features a number of environmentally friendly and sustainable features.

The Joint Service Centre is the final project under the Rotherham Construction Partnership framework, under which Henry Boot Construction have delivered almost £20m of works over the last 5 years.
