Water's Edge Visitor Centre

Aside from our work in education, health and social care, we also undertake a wide range of other general public sector projects.

We recently constructed a mixed use office and workshop facility for the Sheffield-based Manor Development Company, a charity tasked with encouraging local businesses and employment opportunities and providing activities for local people in a dedicated community space.

The Moorfoot Refurbishment project involved the transformation of an eleven storey city centre office block into the new hub for hundreds of Sheffield City Council’s employees.

Acre Mill was a heritage building in the heart of Huddersfield, which was preserved and remodelled into health sector office accommodation through a partnership between Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust and Henry Boot Developments.

We have also constructed a range of leisure projects, including FA-backed changing facilities at Barwell and Codnor in Derbyshire; the Water’s Edge Visitor’s Centre in Barton on Humber; a changing facility and café in Alvaston Park; and a heritage ‘outdoor centre’ in Darley Park, both for Derby City Council.
