Regional Procurement Frameworks
Henry Boot Construction is an approved contractor on the YORbuild, YORcivil and EN Procure frameworks, delivering a diverse portfolio of work schemes for Local Authority and Social Landlord clients throughout Yorkshire and the Humber. Read more here.

Social Housing
We are appointed to a number of additional social housing frameworks, including: Asra Housing Group, North Lincolnshire Council, St Leger Homes of Doncaster (YORbuild), Fusion 21, Efficiency East Midlands, Lancashire County Council and Yorkshire Housing. Read more here.

Civil Engineering
We are currently working alongside Amey under the £2bn ‘Streets Ahead’ highways maintenance framework for Sheffield City Council. Our work for Amey is focussed on structural repair projects in challenging project environments; adjacent mainline railway lines, over and around water courses and on major city centre highways.
We are also a partner on the YORcivils and North Yorkshire County Council Civil Engineering Contractor’s frameworks.

Law and Order
We are a Preferred Alliance Contractor for the National Offender Management Scheme, delivering projects under a 7-year partnering framework agreement. Projects have been completed for the Ministry of Justice in prisons and courtrooms across the North of England. Read more here.

We are a framework partner on the Henry Boot Developments / Derbyshire County Council Markham Vale Improvement Scheme at Junction 29A on the M1. Recent projects include new build food processing, manufacturing and warehousing facilities.

We have completed a range of diverse projects for Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust under their four-year construction framework for projects under £3m. Projects have spanned new build and refurbishment, construction and civils work. Read more here.
