£30m refurbishment programme to improve 2800 houses to Decent Homes standard over a 4- year partnering framework in the south of Sheffield. Modernisation works included upgrades to kitchens, bathrooms, heating, windows, doors and electrical installations.

Our dedicated customer care team provided a robust induction, liaison and aftercare service, which resulted in very positive feedback and consistently high KPI scores.

Strong client relationships were established through the NEC partnering framework. The Sheffield Decent Homes scheme was awarded CIOB Health & Safety and Innovation awards (CCSY Awards 2009).

High levels of community involvement included employing 21 Construction JobMatch trainees, supporting the Construction Skills Centre, donating a kitchen to a local community cafe, StaySafe school visits, environmental week, tree planting, sports days and charity fundraising events.

"I thoroughly enjoyed working with Henry Boot, I found them to be professional, well organised, customer focused, proactive and flexible. The company take pride in delivering a high standard of customer service and workmanship."
