Seven-year PPC2000 framework contract, working in partnership with the National Offender Management Service and HM Prison service to deliver over £50m of prison works to date.
A range of new build and refurbishment works carried out at the following establishments: HMP Manchester, HMP Lindholme, HMP Leeds, HMP Hull, HMP Ranby, HMP Wakefield, HMP Full Sutton, HMP YOI Northallerton and HMP YOI Werrington.
Nineteen projects have been carried out to date ranging from £300k to £12.5m across the full range of security categories, in live prison environments. Schemes have included full wing re-furbs, re-roofing, perimeter security system installations, electronic locking, ventilation system upgrades and boiler installations.
The HMP Lindholme project achieved the highest Project Performance Indicator audit score in the country at that time, as reported in the Ministry of Justice’s ‘Lean Matters’ newsletter.
