Two-phase modernisation scheme at an Edwardian primary school in Cleethorpes, including remodelling, refurbishment and new build works.

Majority of the works carried out during term-time in a live school environment – strong stakeholder relationships helped minimise disruption to daily activities.

Large amount of salvaged materials re-used to ensure the new works blended with the original building, including feature masonry, brickwork, doors, architraves and architectural plasterwork.
