High Considerate Constructors Score for Eastlands Homes – 23/12/10
A Henry Boot Construction site in Manchester has been awarded 34.5 on a recent Considerate Constructors Scheme report.
The Eastlands Homes Low Rise Dwelling Refurbishment programme received high praise from the assessor, with particular emphasis placed on good communication with residents and accountability within Henry Boot Construction.
Site Manager John Sims is running the project as part of a £22m refurbishment programme bringing around 4000 properties up to Decent Homes standard in East Manchester, spread over four contractors.
