Monkwood School Extension - 05/11/10

Staff and children at a school in Rawmarsh have taken possession of their new classrooms thanks to another successfully delivered project by Henry Boot Construction.

The 36-week scheme involved the construction of a £2m extension to Monkwood School, creating additional teaching facilities with a green roof designed to attract a diverse range of local wildlife to the area.

Henry Boot’s General Works Division secured the project under the Rotherham Construction Partnership’s 5-year strategic partnership agreement, under which over £15m of works have been delivered to date.
