Our Civil Engineering division has started work on a road, sewers and groundworks scheme for Stonebridge Projects Limited at Headingley, Leeds.

The project will feature new road infrastructure including drainage connected into the main road, together with attenuation provision, new block paved roads, brick and block walls up to the damp proof course, installation of precast floors and additional external works such as plot drainage, driveways and public footpaths.

The scheme, our first with Stonebridge Projects forms part of a new 101 home housing development at Victoria Gardens, Headingley the site of former Leeds Girls High School. The development includes a mix of townhouses and apartments and will integrate the original school building and the Grade II listed Rose Court into the development.
