Henry Boot Construction awarded flagship project to deliver Extra Care Housing in Yeadon – 15/05/15

Henry Boot Construction have been awarded the contract to build a flagship Extra care housing scheme in Yeadon for Leeds City Council through the YORbuild Framework.

The 45 self-contained apartments will be the first council owned and managed, extra care scheme in the city. The development comprises of 18 one bedroom, 27 two bedroom apartments and a range of vibrant communal and outdoor spaces.

The new scheme forms part of the council’s ambitious plans to provide accommodation to suit people’s needs for now and the future.
