Henry Boot Construction’s Eastern Division has been awarded phase 2 of the Fountain Court Workpods project at Doncaster International Business Park.

The project for Workpods Ltd includes the design and build of a new business park adjacent to Doncaster Robin Hood Airport in Finningley which will include several self-contained office units in configurations of 2, 3 and 4 unit blocks.

The overall scheme when complete will include 41 individual units, with Henry Boot having started on phase 1 in October 2014 with 13 units. Phase 2 will commence in March 2015 with completion planned for September 2015 for the additional 9 units.

The project is part financed by the European Union and has attracted £2.48m fundingfrom the European Regional Development Fund as part of Europes’ support for the regions’ economic development through the Yorkshire and Humber ERDF programme 2007 - 2013
