Construction is continuing at Plot 1, Junction 29A Markham Vale for a new 100,000sq ft production, distribution and warehouse centre for Henry Boot Developments.  The new unit will be occupied by inspirepac (part of the Logson Group) under a 20 year lease agreement.

With site levelling and foundations complete, the first installation of steel works has commenced with project completion expected to be completed in early Summer with the new site complementing existing production facilities in Chesterfield, Dronfield, Wetherby and Runcorn. The new unit will allow inspirepac to meet the growing demand for retail ready packaging and promotional packaging.

inspirepac are market leaders in high quality corrugated packaging solutions for national and international customers, offering a full range of corrugated cardboard from basic transit, protective cases to specialist retail ready packaging and fully printed displays.

“It is great to see the building starting to take shape, seeing the size and scale highlights the exciting times that lie ahead for inspirepac. Our goal is to grow sustainably over the next few years and having this centralised purpose built site will really enable us to enhance our offerings to new and existing customers.”
