We’re delighted to announce that our Manor Works Sheffield project has been shortlisted on the Design Through Innovation and Community Benefit categories of the RICS Pro Yorkshire Awards 2015. The awards showcase the achievements of the most inspirational regional initiatives and developments in land, property, construction and the environment.

The awards event will be held at the National Railway Museum, York on the 15th May 2015.

The Manor Works project is a high quality 1560m2 office and workspace for the Manor Development Company who promote regeneration in the Manor area of Sheffield. The building comprises of a concrete framed basement, ground and 1st floor, with the second floor and roof being timber frame construction. Internally the building has a rustic feel with power floated concrete floor slabs, exposed block work and walls clad in birch boarding with exposed timbers.
