Henry Boot Construction get to work on St Wilfrids’ residential project – 07/08/15

Henry Boot Construction are set to build 20 self-contained flats with communal spaces for Sheffield homeless charity St Wilfrid’s. The new flats will be based a short walk from St Wilfrid’s existing day centre, with the new project aimed at improving the quality of life for vulnerable people and the homeless.

Residents will be given a lease of up to 2 years to live in the flats whilst undertaking classes at the day centre Monday to Friday to allow them to increase their social and employability skills. After this St Wilfrid’s will assist residents in finding permanent accommodation to help them live independently with ongoing support from the charity
